Role Overview

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Staff Nurse to support clinical and operational functions within our preventive health practice.

This is a structured, non-acute outpatient role with stable working hours and no overnight shifts.

The successful candidate will work closely with physicians and the operations team to ensure a smooth, professional, and patient-centric experience.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

• Perform phlebotomy and proper specimen handling

• Record vital signs and conduct basic clinical assessments

• Assist physicians during consultations and minor clinical procedures

• Provide patient education on blood testing and follow-up processes

• Maintain infection control standards and clinic hygiene

• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and medical records

Operational Support

• Coordinate appointment scheduling and clinic workflow

• Liaise with external laboratories regarding test processing

• Prepare consultation rooms and medical equipment

• Manage basic inventory of medical consumables

• Handle simple administrative duties as required

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (SNB-registered) preferred
  OR
  Enrolled Nurse with relevant clinic experience

• Minimum 1-3 years of nursing experience

• Strong phlebotomy skills preferred

• Comfortable working in outpatient clinic setting

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented

• Basic computer proficiency for documentation systems
