Staff Nurse

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and person-centred nursing care to residents, adhering to established nursing standards and protocols. Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring residents conditions and promptly reporting any changes. Conduct regular assessments and maintain accurate documentation of residents care plans and interventions. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to assess residents well-being, identify care needs, and ensure appropriate follow-up. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and implement corrective actions to enhance care standards. Mentor and guide junior nursing staff and healthcare assistants to uphold the quality of resident care. Engage effectively with doctors, allied health professionals, families, and other stakeholders for coordinated care. Undertake additional duties or projects as assigned by the Nurse Manager or supervisor.

Requirements

• Full Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB). At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience. Experience in nursing homes, community care, or geriatric settings is advantageous. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
