Staff Nurse (OT Scrub Nurse)

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in order to achieve optimum patient outcome.
• Demonstrate competency in clinical nursing skills and knowledge in the delivery of special skills.
• Maintain current trends and nursing practices through formal education and self-development.
• Assist doctors in surgical procedures provide post-surgical care and excellence nursing care to patients.
• Demonstrate knowledge in management of infection control, adhere to aseptic and sterile technique.
• Involve in the care and maintenance of surgical instruments and equipment for staff and patient's safety.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve, and follow through quality/ service issues.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Nurse manager.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing
• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
• Experience in Operating Theatre as Scrub Nurse / Circulating Nurse / AU Nurse / CSSD Nurse
• Good customer service skills
