You need to demonstrate high standard of patient care by performing clinical nursing procedures that meet the patients immediate physical and emotional needs at outpatient care settings.
Job Descriptions
- Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates clinical care for patients under his/her care.
- Performs clinic generic nursing duties like phlebotomy, injections and assisting in clinic procedures.
- Conducts pre and post procedure information and admission advice for patients and their caregivers.
- Collaborates with the physicians and other Allied Health Professionals, for a smooth delivery of patient care.
- Engage in nurse counselling, monitoring and patient education on chronic disease management and health promotion.
- Any other duties as delegated by the department reporting officer.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing or equivalent with at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
- Self motivated and able to work well in a team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment as well as being flexible and open to changes.
