Staff Nurse (Inpatient)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and provide professional nursing care to meet the patients needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patients, treatments and conditions
• Assist in the supervision of junior nurses and ancillary staff

Requirements:

• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• At least Diploma or Degree in Nursing or its equivalent with minimum of 2 year's ward experience.
• Able to work 3-rotating shifts and weekends.
