Responsibilities

. Provide holistic nursing care in accordance with patients needs, doctors orders, and nursing policies.

. Administer medications, perform nursing procedures, and monitor patients conditions diligently.

. Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation, reports, and care plans.

. Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care.

. Supervise and guide new and junior nurses.
