Staff Nurse

Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to care plans and clinical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out, oversee, and assess clinical nursing duties.
• Uphold and continuously enhance nursing standards and quality of care.
• Provide orientation, supervision, and performance evaluation for Enrolled Nurses and care staff when assigned.
• Coordinate comprehensive client care with the nursing team and other departments to deliver high-quality service to residents, families, visitors, and volunteers.
• Contribute to the review and improvement of clinical training and guidance programs.
• Ensure the Nursing Care Plan (NCP) is consistently updated and that care provided aligns with the documented care outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Nursing accredited by the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, ideally within the aged care sector.
• Demonstrated interest in geriatric nursing.
• Knowledge of current trends and issues in healthcare, professional practice, and ageing.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
