Job Scope
- Provide nursing care including medication administration, treatments, wound care, and monitoring of residents conditions.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
- Supervise and support residents in activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation, care plans, and medical records.
- Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities or changes in residents conditions.
- Coordinate medical appointments, referrals, and follow-up care with healthcare professionals.
- Work closely with doctors, allied health professionals, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards and workplace safety.
- Provide health education and emotional support to residents and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous nursing education programmes.
Job Requirements:
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing
- At least 2 years of nursing experience
