Staff Nurse

Our team is looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse who wants to join our company that specializes in Renal nursing.

Jobs Responsibilities :

1 ) Maintaining a high standard of care for all patients during their shifts.

2 ) Recognising the change in a patient's health conditions and responding appropriately.

3 ) Recording and monitoring a patient's vital signs.

3 ) Work closely with the Nurse Manager and Senior Staff Nurse in delivering care to the patients.

4 ) To ensure that all team members report changes in patient progress effectively, both verbally and in written form. Ensure that accurate, legible, and holistic nursing records according to policy guidelines and unit guidance are maintained.

Jobs Requirement :

1) Registered with Singapore Nursing Board is a must.

2) With Renal experience is an advantage

3) Training will be provided for those without renal experience.

4) Our Centre operates on 3 shifts:

Morning : 7:00am - 3:00pm ,

Mid Shift: 10:30 am - 06:30pm,

Afternoon : 2:30pm - 10:30pm

from Monday to Saturday. (Sunday off day)
