ENROLLED NURSE (DIALYSIS NURSE)

Our team is looking for a dedicated enrolled nurse who wants to join our company, which specializes in renal nursing.

Jobs Responsibilities :

1 ) Maintaining a high standard of care for all patients during their shifts.

2 ) Recognising a patient's health condition change and responding appropriately.

3 ) Recording and monitoring a patient's vital signs.

3 ) Work closely with the Nurse Manager and Staff Nurse to deliver patient care.

4 ) To ensure that all team members report changes in patient progress effectively, both verbally and in written form. Ensure that accurate, legible, and holistic nursing records are maintained according to policy guidelines and unit guidance.

Jobs Requirement :

1) Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board is a must.

2) With Renal experience is an advantage

3) Training will be provided for those without renal experience.

4) Our Centre operates on three shifts:

Morning: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm,

Mid Shift: 10:30 am - 06:30 pm,

Afternoon: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm

from Monday to Saturday. (Sunday off day)
