What You'll Do
- Monitor and assess patients conditions, including vital signs
- Provide basic nursing care such as wound management and medication administration
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Support patients and families through guidance and care coordination
- Prepare reports and facilitate referrals to relevant specialists when required
- Assist with daily clinical operations and other assigned duties
What We're Looking For
- NITEC/ Diploma/ Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- A caring, responsible individual with strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
