About The Role
We are seeking a highly-motivated Enrolled Nurse who will have to provide home nursing services. Nursing-related duties in our chain of family clinics may also be assigned when required. The ideal candidate should possess a growth mindset geared towards continual enhancement and adaptation, showcasing traits such as curiosity, proactiveness, a team player, and adeptness in navigating ambiguity amid our expansion of home nursing services.
Job Description
- Conduct home visits to provide healthcare services, including but not limited to neonatal jaundice screening and chronic disease health screening. Assist in clinical duties within the in-house clinic setting.
- Perform nursing procedures such as blood taking, intravenous cannulation, and wound dressings.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient's condition and assessments in compliance with the Singapore Nursing Board's (SNB) Code for Nurses and Midwives, and the relevant regulations or protocols established by the management team.
- To carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimally a Institute of Technical Education Nitec in Nursing with a valid SNB licence.
- Keen interest in contributing and expanding your knowledge in the Primary Healthcare setting.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the needs of a broad spectrum of patients of varying age groups.
- Work closely and report to the attending doctor and management team.
- Comfortable with visiting patients at their homes. Transportation will be covered.
- Experience with intravenous cannulation and nurse counselling.
- Able to work independently while maintaining high standards in the work you perform.
Nurses with no experience/fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
