Job Scope
- Project management and coordinated development or improvement of equipment for processor functional test.
- Collaborate with supplier/vendor in managing equipment start-up during line transfer and set up of new production line for current products.
- Coordinate with cross function team to ensure work schedule has been carried out in timely and efficiently to meet production timeline.
- Perform Equipment buy-off with vendor during start-up of new production line.
- Liaise with vendor and manage equipment spares to prevent uptime losses in the case of equipment failure.
- Establish and maintain optical stock level of essential spare parts and consumables to support equipment maintenance base on production forecast.
- Responsible for smooth equipment implementation in production.
- Drive a team of Engineers and technicians to participate in all continuous improvement project and equipment training.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any Engineering related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Product Engineer or any related product development process from semiconductor industry
- Proficient in product development process
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
