The Role

We're hiring a Staff Backend Engineer to own and scale low-latency, high-throughput trading systems that sit directly in the execution path. You'll work on performance-critical infrastructure where correctness, latency, and reliability matter.

What You'll Do

- Work directly with the CEO, COO, and founding engineers.

- Design and build backend systems for order routing, execution, pricing, and reconciliation

- Optimize services for latency, throughput, and fault tolerance

- Make architectural decisions with direct production impact

- Operate close to real money, real volume, real risk

Tech Stack - Node js - Python - MongoDB - AWS serverless

What We're Looking For

- Experience building trading, exchange, or financial infrastructure

- Strong systems and performance intuition

- High ownership and comfort working long hours on hard problems

- Based in Asia
