As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking a Finance Director to join their dynamic leadership team. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving financial strategy, governance, and operational excellence across a multi-entity, international platform.
The Role
Reporting to the VP Finance, you will lead a team and be responsible for the full spectrum of finance and accounting for the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead corporate finance activities including fundraising, project financing, investor relations, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee finance and management reporting, multi-entity consolidation, and compliance across global jurisdictions.
- Drive regional tax planning, audit processes, and internal control enhancements.
- Champion ESG and sustainability reporting in alignment with global standards.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders on capital allocation, FP&A, and strategic investment decisions.
Your Profile
As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:
- CA/CPA qualification with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership capacity.
- Prior external audit exposure and strong technical grounding in accounting standards.
- Proven track record in renewable energy, infrastructure, or other capital-intensive industries.
- Expertise in fundraising, project financing, multi-entity consolidation, international audit & compliance, and regional tax.
- Familiarity with ESG reporting and sustainability finance principles.
- Driven, proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude.
