The Company
Our client is a global leader specializing in the investment and management of renewable energy assets, digital infrastructure, and data centers. With an ambitious growth strategy and a commitment to sustainability, they are expanding their footprint across Asia and beyond.

As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking a Finance Director to join their dynamic leadership team. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving financial strategy, governance, and operational excellence across a multi-entity, international platform.

The Role

Reporting to the VP Finance, you will lead a team and be responsible for the full spectrum of finance and accounting for the group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead corporate finance activities including fundraising, project financing, investor relations, and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee finance and management reporting, multi-entity consolidation, and compliance across global jurisdictions.
  • Drive regional tax planning, audit processes, and internal control enhancements.
  • Champion ESG and sustainability reporting in alignment with global standards.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders on capital allocation, FP&A, and strategic investment decisions.

Your Profile

As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:

  • CA/CPA qualification with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership capacity.
  • Prior external audit exposure and strong technical grounding in accounting standards.
  • Proven track record in renewable energy, infrastructure, or other capital-intensive industries.
  • Expertise in fundraising, project financing, multi-entity consolidation, international audit & compliance, and regional tax.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting and sustainability finance principles.
  • Driven, proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude.
