Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer to join our team. The role will primarily focus on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) support and monitoring, along with opportunities to contribute to dashboard development using Gen AI and other modern tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application and production support, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Perform SRE monitoring, incident investigation, and troubleshooting to maintain high system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement preventive measures.
- Contribute to dashboard development using Gen AI tools or other technologies.
- Analyze system logs, metrics, and alerts to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and automation in monitoring and support processes.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in software engineering or application support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Linux environments.
- Experience in production support, incident management, and monitoring tools.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Python programming.
- Experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) or similar cloud platforms.
- Exposure to Gen AI tools or dashboarding technologies.
