- Participate in problem-solving discussions with multi-functional teams to identify and define root causes, evaluate alternative solutions, and develop action plans.
- Implement routine maintenance in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety procedures.
- Complete training to build competencies.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving desired results and critical metrics.
- Support third-party vendors contracted to perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as other maintenance-related activities.
- Accurately finish the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) documentation related to maintenance activities and ensure it is processed in full compliance with data integrity requirements.
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the utilities engineer, including those mentioned above.
Qualifications & Experience:
- NITEC or Diploma in an engineering-related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- First-class boiler attendant certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of facilities and utility systems, particularly related to validation and GMP requirements.
