Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Perform failure investigations and battery safety testing per standards
  • Design, validate, and document test procedures and plans
  • Manage calibration, maintenance, and operation of test equipment
  • Ensure compliance with UL and IEC safety standards

Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams for aligned testing and timely delivery
  • Handle test data collection, integrity, and traceability
  • Maintain lab equipment and perform routine calibrations
  • Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English with cross-regional teams
