Domain Knowledge:
- Lending/ Loan Origination
- Knowledge of lending products (Term Loans, Auto Loans, Conventional & Islamic financing).
- Exposure to core banking systems and lending workflows.
- System Interaction & Impact Analysis
- Understanding system flows, integration touchpoints, and data governance/security requirements.
- Ability to perform end-to-end impact and risk analysis on IT systems.
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Able to design test cases and test plans for UAT.
- Experience in managing UAT with business stakeholders.
Education & Certifications
Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of BA/FSA experience in banking systems.
