Job Responsibilities
Qualification & Customer Engagement
- Engage enterprise inbound leads quickly via calls, emails, and digital touchpoints to maximize speed-to-lead.
- Conduct structured discovery to understand use cases, AI adoption goals, stakeholder landscape, and buying process. Validate qualification criteria (BANT).
- Position ChatGPT capabilities at a high level to generate interest and secure meetings for Account Directors.
- Manage efficient handoff and context-rich opportunity notes to ensure downstream sales velocity.
Performance & Productivity
- Consistently exceed KPIs including speed-to-lead, meetings booked, opportunity acceptance rates, and qualified pipeline generated.
- Maintain disciplined, accurate qualification notes, next steps, and opportunity stages within Salesforce.
- Uphold high-frequency outreach cadences while preserving quality and accuracy for enterprise-level prospects.
- Ensure opportunity quality through rigorous discovery, targeting best-in-class acceptance rates by Account Directors.
Collaboration & Sales Alignment
- Work closely with Enterprise Account Directors to align on qualification standards and target customers.
- Surface patterns, customer insights, objections, and competitive intel to Sales Leadership and Product.
- Maintain a customer-first mindset, delivering a premium experience even in early-stage conversations.
Product Knowledge & Market Awareness
- Stay up to date on ChatGPT product releases, security and compliance features, enterprise use cases, and integration capabilities.
- Understand broader AI/ML industry trends to speak credibly with senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Adapt quickly in a rapidly evolving product and industry environment.
Requirements
Nationality, Experience & Skills
- Local SG & Open for Expat
- 35 years of SDR/BDR or qualification experience in SaaS, with exposure to Enterprise customers.
- Proven track record of booking high-quality meetings and generating qualified pipeline.
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills across technical, business, and executive audiences.
- Experience applying structured qualification frameworks (BANT)
- Ability to balance speed and quality, moving quickly without compromising opportunity rigor.
Tools & Operating Rigor
- Proficiency with Salesforce; obsessive about data accuracy, notes quality, and handoff consistency.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (sequencing, dialers, email automation).
- Strong process discipline, comfort with structured cadences, and adherence to defined SLAs (e.g., speed-to-lead).
Mindset & Behaviors
- Highly motivated, competitive, and energized by activity-driven excellence.
- Comfortable managing high inbound volume while maintaining enterprise-level professionalism.
