Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end event logistics projects from enquiry to post-event reporting.
- Translate client requirements into quotations, timelines, and operational plans.
- Coordinate air, ocean, and road freight, including customs clearance and onsite delivery.
- Act as the main liaison for clients, venues, and global partners, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Oversee onsite operations (move-in, marshalling, move-out) and monitor shipment progress in real time.
- Manage vendors and service providers, ensuring cost efficiency and SLA compliance.
- Ensure accurate documentation, permits, and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Handle budgeting, job costing, billing, and profitability tracking.
- Identify risks and implement contingency plans for time-critical shipments.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, project logistics, or event logistics.
- Experience in exhibitions, fairs, sports, or live events is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of international freight, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and systems such as CargoWise.
