Job Summary
Lead and manage multi-country IT projects in the insurance domain, applying Agile and Scrum methodologies to deliver successful outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to manage risks, resources, and budgets effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for multi-country IT projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives
- Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to facilitate team collaboration and iterative development
- Manage stakeholder and client relationships to align project goals and expectations
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and scope changes to ensure project success
- Plan and allocate resources efficiently to optimize project performance
- Oversee financial management and budgeting to control project costs and maximize ROI
- Coordinate vendor management activities to ensure timely and quality deliverables
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in the insurance domain, preferably life insurance, to enhance domain-specific project delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering to support technical project understanding
- MBA in Finance or related field to strengthen financial management capabilities
