THE OPPORTUNITY

CONTEXT:

The Professional Services Team's mission is to successfully deliver our unique and configurable solution to customers and support our Partner community with high quality standards and strong commitment to excellence and efficiency. Our build team consist of more than hundred experts with hands-on with a strong mindset of problem and provide solutions that solve the customer's long-term challenges.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

• Support functional and data intelligence teams to meet business requirements within our standard framework
• Actively work with the customer and the System Integrator during the design phase, providing leading practices and feasibility assessments
• Perform reverse engineering and debugging to solve project issues throughout all phases of the implementation cycle.
• Contribute to the configuration of the solution
• Guide Customer and System integrators on complex requirements
• Leverage SQL to solve technical issues or perform advanced configuration.
• Debug technical issues, provide root cause analysis, and resolve defects.
• Support deliveries issues and solve technical operational issues
• Contribute to peer code review
• Contribute to the overall testing effort.
• Contribute to the delivery and deployment plan, ensuring successful go lives.
• Contribute to Project Management Office (PMO) activities.

YOUR PROFILE:

Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated ability to manage customer expectations and champion standard application features to ensure long-term maintainability.
• Strong ability to manage expectations to avoid custom code and propose maintainable workarounds
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of the application to advise the project team on best implementation choices
• Minimum 6 years experience in web-based software development and software deployment processes
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer science, or a closely related field or foreign equivalent or equivalent professional experience will also be considered

Soft Skills:

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and autonomous with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
