We r looking for Sr PMO- Core Banking (Trade, CASA Payment, Lending)

- Core Banking ( experience in any of one- Trade, CASA Payment and Lending) experience, more than 5 years

Position Summary:

We are seeking experienced PMOs (Core Banking) to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for overseeing overall project progress.

Roles & Responsibilities:

. Support planning and execution of pre-study activities across multiple workstreams

. Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and milestone trackers

. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and steering committees

. Track and report progress, risks, issues, and dependencies

. Ensure documentation of scope, requirements, and decisions

. Coordinate with business analysts, architects, and vendor teams

Required Skills:

. Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field

. 10+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles

. Must have in-depth experience in leading core banking or financial services transformation projects

. Experienced in leading large-scale transformations as PM or PMO

. Strong understanding of project governance frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

. Proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint

. Strong Corporate banking domain knowledge in Lending/Trade Finance/CASA/Payment

. Efficient communication internally and externally with all stakeholders

. Proven record of CxO level stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications:

. Experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of managing client relationships.

. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

. Analytical mindset with attention to detail

. Be able to confidently work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment

. Experience with vendor coordination and SOW management

Preferred Education:

. Bachelor's degree/master's degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience, or combination
