Role Summary
Senior PMO responsible for governance, planning, and executiontracking of Lending workstreams within Core Banking transformation programs, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage program governance for Lending modules (LOS, LMS) in Core Banking.
- Track project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with business, IT, and vendor teams.
- Maintain RAID logs and drive risk/issue resolution.
- Monitor budget, resource utilization, and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and quality standards.
Key Skills
- Experience in Core Banking platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Lending lifecycle (Retail/Corporate/SME).
- PMO tools: MS Project, JIRA, Excel.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
