You will be responsible for :
- Providing safe, efficient and timely distribution (dispensing) of drugs, review and deliver drug therapy to achieve optimal pharmacotherapy outcome for the patient in both Inpatient & Outpatient Pharmacy for NCID
- Providing pharmacy and clinical services to ensure medication use process is optimized for positive outcomes
Requirements
- Full registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Bachelor Degree / Masters in Pharmacy
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player and communication skills
