Job title: Sr. Operations Support Manager - APAC

Reports to: Regional Director of Security Operations - APAC

Location: Remote Open to locations in APAC. Singapore preferred.

About the role

The Sr. Operations Support Manager (OSM) works leads a team and works closely with Regional Security Managers and executive-level client stakeholders. It is a high-visibility role responsible for regional end-to-end project management, data analysis, and communication of results to senior leaders. The Sr. OSM plays a critical role in managing regionally based support roles across multiple disciplines, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the smooth execution of operational processes in a matrixed environment. Acting as a liaison between internal teams and the client, this role supports the development and implementation of security programs, drives strategic initiatives, and ensures accountability for key deliverables across the region.

What you'll do

In this role, you'll lead a team and manage ongoing security projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. You'll gather and analyze data related to significant security events, generate reports, and present insights to regional and global leadership. You'll also coordinate with stakeholders, manage executive-level requests, develop procedural documentation, and facilitate both client and internal meetings. Your responsibilities will include supporting new site security launches, identifying process improvements, and presenting findings to large audiences. You'll be a key contributor to the organization's success by ensuring operational readiness, reporting accuracy, and clear communication across all levels of engagement.

What you need to apply

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a bachelor's degree and at least 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination. 3+ years of people leadership is essential. Since you will be communicating with senior leaders, it's critical that you have strong verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable in front of large audiences. You'll need to be self-motivated and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

You should bring exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset is key to thriving in this role. You'll need to excel at prioritizing tasks effectively and anticipate the needs of the team to stay ahead of the curve. You will need effective communication and presentation skills, and a proactive, adaptable mindset in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. In this role, you'll need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel and PowerBI.

On occasion, you may be asked to travel across the region to support the Regional Director of Security Operations (10% of the time), so a passion for travel (and a valid passport) is essential. This role will also have to work nights and weekends to support high priority events.

The extra stuff

This position involves travel (up to 10% of the time), so a passion for travel and the flexibility to accommodate domestic and international trips are required. A valid passport or ability to obtain a passport is essential.

You'll also need to be comfortable with the occasional work during out-of-office hours to support the business during high priority events and emergencies. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal right to work in the job's location.
