Proven leadership in developing and managing in-house recruitment teams, delivering end-to-end recruiting
Deep understanding of recruiting practices and trends across Southeast Asia; including ability to map the market, pipeline candidates and improve Visa's position to hire top diverse talent
Consultative, strategic, and solution-oriented approach to stakeholder management
Strong focus on delivering the very best experience for our candidates
