Job Description

Broad outline of the Role
This role is responsible for driving sales growth and client acquisition, with a focus on leveraging data-driven insights and emerging AI tools to support and enhance sales strategies. The Senior Manager will utilize analytics and available AI-enabled solutions to optimize client engagement and sales processes, while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role will support ongoing business operations and revenue streams, with an emphasis on responsible experimentation and upskilling in AI applications relevant to sales.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor s degree required MBA or equivalent preferred. 7-12 years of enterprise sales experience, particularly in technology services telecom, hardware, software, applications, cloud services . Proven track record in account management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Utilize available analytics and AI-enabled tools (such as CRM enhancements, prompt-based proposal drafting, and basic customer data analysis) to support sales planning and identify opportunities for business expansion and new client acquisition.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers within client organizations
  3. Engage with customers to understand their requirements, using AI tools for supportive tasks such as needs analysis, proposal generation, etc.
  4. Establish and reinforce account ownership by aligning data-driven insights with clientsTM strategic objectives and operational challenges, while exploring AI-supported approaches as appropriate.
  5. Lead cross-functional teams, integrating technical solutions, finance, and operations,
  6. Contribute in operating plans, incorporating insights from analytics and AI tools to align with business strategies, .
  7. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, responsible experimentation, and adaptation to emerging technologies in sales practices.
