As a Sr. Manager, Global Assembly Capital Procurement, you will lead the development and execution of end-to-end category strategies for assigned spend areas. You will manage a dedicated team, partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive best-in-class outcomes across cost, supply, risk, and supplier performance. This role requires strong strategic thinking, commercial expertise, and people leadership within a global manufacturing environment.
Develop and execute holistic category strategies based on business needs, market dynamics, supplier capabilities, and total cost of ownership (TCOO).
Identify and deliver cost savings through category-specific levers, process improvements, and sourcing initiatives.
Define and monitor category targets, including cost, compliance, risk, quality, and supplier performance.
Ensure effective implementation of sourcing strategies and contract compliance across sites.
Maintain supplier segmentation and build strong partnerships with strategic suppliers.
Communicate category performance, savings, and market insights to the AT Capital Director.
Support AT Capital leadership in building integrated, long-term procurement strategies.
Build an Effective Team
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
Set clear roles, performance expectations, and development goals for direct reports.
Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and constructive performance feedback.
Drive accountability, remove obstacles, and enable continuous improvement.
Support talent development, succession planning, and leadership growth within the team.
Lead special projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.
Collaborate with Stakeholders to Deliver Strategic Solutions
Act as a trusted business partner to internal stakeholders by delivering customer-focused procurement solutions.
Maintain close engagement with business partners to anticipate and address category needs.
Manage complex stakeholder relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
Advise senior and executive management on strategic category-related decisions.
Maintain strong relationships with supplier senior leadership to drive alignment and long-term value.
Interface with Customers, Procurement Business Partners, and Suppliers on Category Strategies
Ensure customer category requirements met
Communicate strategic sourcing goals, category management plans, initiatives and targets to customers
Maintain relationships with supplier senior executives
Initiate and sustain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure a Safe, Compliant, and Ethical Work Environment
Maintain knowledge of and apply company safety, labor, and ethics policies
Communicate requirements and expectations to leaders and external stakeholders

Candidate Profile:
Required
Bachelor's degree or above.
Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic procurement and/or semiconductor equipment-related roles.
At least 3 years of people leadership experience.
Proven ability to develop and execute category strategies with strong TCOO outcomes.
Demonstrated success in global supplier and stakeholder relationship management.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and business acumen.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization.
Preferred
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, particularly Assembly & Test.
Background in semiconductor memory or related industries.
Familiarity with advanced packaging and test technologies.
Consistent track record in driving total cost of ownership, executing global category strategies, and developing new supply sources.
