Sr/Leasing Manager (Retail Shopping Mall / Commercial)

Our client is a well-known landlord in Singapore

key responsibilities:

• Ensure tenants adhere to the lease terms
• Liaise with tenants on complaints, operational feedback, and leasing matters
• Analyse tenants sales data for reporting
• Ensure property tax levied is in line with committed rentals
• Track and analyse the performance of tenants
• Support the Central Leasing team in terms of lease management and administration

qualifications and skills:

• Degree in Real Estate / Building Management
• Min 8 years of experience in lease management for retail malls
• Prior experience in tenant management
• Network of contacts in the F&B and retail industry
