about the job

Drive the overarching sales strategy and meet portfolio growth objectives for assigned Key Accounts across Singapore
Safeguard existing sales revenue, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure continuous customer satisfaction
Deploy a strong consultative selling approach to identify supply chain challenges, developing value-creating integrated solutions with a distinct focus on air and land freight optimization
Lead business development and new account acquisition by targeting opportunities, presenting customized propositions, and showcasing innovative logistics practices to prospects
Expand the share of wallet and increase cross-selling opportunities within the assigned customer portfolio and their respective subsidiaries
Track and manage key indicators including volume, revenue, gross profit, and yield, utilizing the internal CRM for all RFQs and meetings

skills & experience required

Master / Degree in Engineering / Logistics or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the sales field
In-depth knowledge of Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain Management, requiring specialized, hands-on experience in both air freight and land freight operations
