Responsibilities
- Setup and operate pharmaceutical production equipment including high-speed filling lines for sterile products, autoclave, parts and vial washers, depyrogenation tunnel, formulation process, HMI, and automatic CIP/SIP processes as well as inspection and packaging line equipment (e.g., AVIM, labeling, and carton machine) as per relevant SOPs and the Batch Record.
- Complete formulation activities for production batches, including formulating and/or dispensing all available drug substances and excipients.
- Prepare, wash, and sterilize materials, ensuring parts preparation is flawless.
- Manage packaging and transfer of the final product to the freezer.
- Perform materials and process (SAP) transactions at each manufacturing process step.
- Strictly follow aseptic techniques and practices for aseptic operations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of production equipment and classified areas.
- Conduct routine QC sampling and in-process testing of the product at various stages, including bioburden and water sampling, and perform chemical and physical tests during processing.
- Complete batch records and logbooks promptly, adhering to GDP.
Education
- Minimum O Level, NITEC/ITE education, or Diploma in a relevant field.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Good understanding of safe working practices and cGMP.
- Highly motivated to work in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work rotating shifts.
