Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various research agreements, including sponsored research, collaboration, confidentiality/non-disclosure, material transfer, data sharing, and clinical trial agreements. Manage the contract lifecycle from initial request through execution and amendments, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and legal requirements. Identify and communicate contractual risks while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and ethical standards. Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders on research contract matters, providing guidance on processes and best practices. Collaborate with various departments to support effective research operations and enhance contract efficiency. Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of contract templates and workflows. Plan and implement quality improvement activities for research compliance.
Requirements
- Degree or Master's in research administration or a related field. Familiarity with clinical research agreements and contract management systems. Proven experience in contract negotiation and management. Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with various stakeholders effectively.
