Job Description

Responsibilities:

You will be working on the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical quality and patient safety strategies, programmes and initiatives. You will also track and review the clinical departments Mortality & Morbidity submissions, monitor and follow-up on the action plans.

In addition, your responsibilities include the development of appropriate, feasible interventions and solutions to eliminate, reduce or mitigate issues identified from clinical incidents, the identification of existing and emerging clinical risks in the organisation, and the design of corresponding risk management measures.

Requirements:

  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Strong ability to analyse and process data
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous and proactive
