Job Description

  • Manage and monitor the success of customer programs and NPIs in the Fabs by utilizing and updating the appropriate systems. Resolve and/or highlight issues that threaten the success of customer programs and/or NPIs.
  • Process and manage customer interfaces (such as but not limited to customer requests, meetings, visits, complaints and feedbacks) with timely closed-loop response by utilizing and updating the appropriate systems.
  • Support and utilize Customer scorecards and QBR feedback to gauge customer satisfaction and drive for improvements with the aim of being rated as #1 Supplier.
  • Solicit training and coaching so as to continuously improve the skills and knowledge needed to carry out Customer Engineering's roles and responsibilities.
  • Responsible and accountable for complying with environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to scope of work, thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.

Accountability

  • Plan, monitor and control the overall project plan and risk analysis to ensure that all deliverables are met on time.
  • Synergize and participate with cross-departments in achieving corporate management's business objectives and initiatives.

Relationship Focus

  • Effectively communicate to customers on technical and/or quality issues so as to mitigate exposure and proactively manage customers expectations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field fromrecognized institutions.
  • Minimum 2 yearsrelevant experience in wafer fab (technical position) environment preferred.
  • Fresh graduates who are keen to learn in the semiconductor industry can be considered.
  • Knowledge of wafer fab processing
  • Fluency in English Language - written & verbal. Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
  • Well versed in PowerBI platform and data analysis
  • Customer-friendly, personable and communicative.
  • Proactive, outgoing and energetic.
  • Teachable, mature and creative.
  • Possess system and creative problem solving skills.
