Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize metrology recipes for various semiconductor processes
- Ensure that the recipes are accurate and efficient for production needs
- Develop and execute strategies for process monitoring, sampling, and continuous improvement (CIP)
- Actively collaborate with integration, module engineering teams and suppliers to identify and eliminate defect sources design and conduct experiments, analyze and extract insightful results from complex data sets to implement effective solutions
- Responsible to Lead and Train Assistant Engineers to complete daily routine tasks for inline monitoring
- Establish inspection methodologies and best-known methods (BKM) for metrology processes
- Perform in-line characterization and validation of metrology recipes
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Degree or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or other related technical fields
- Minimum of at least 4 years of experience in Rudolph, KLA bright field and defect metrology tools(DRSEM) and inline applications(Discovery) of these tools to monitor and detect root causes
- Strong understanding of process flows, process interactions, and how process changes can affect yield, performance, and reliability
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across functions and geographical teams with diverse backgrounds
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems, optimize processes and improve business outcomes
- Goal driven and an excellent team player that can work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Tenacity to work effectively under timelines and limited resources
- Must be able to support production on weekends if required
