Responsibilities:
As a Global Supply Manager individual contributor, you will develop and execute a holistic strategy and be part of a global team dedicated to this function across all Assembly and Test manufacturing locations.
In this role you will participate in the implementation of the global supply and corresponding inventory strategy by establishing key supply readiness strategy, identifying required implementation resources and developing communication channels and tools to introduce the new strategy.
You will also be part of the team in the supply strategy development through understanding of current and future needs, analyzing market and company trends, performing the benchmarking of world-class approaches, as well as identifying opportunities to leverage changes in processes, systems and product/services. Then prioritize and drive the implementation based upon estimating timing and level of efficiency captured.
Other responsibilities include ensuring department compliance to company policies and departmental procedures. You will be responsible for providing input back to leadership on the building and implementing department strategies, processes, and policy through active participation on teams and projects.
Roles Responsibilities
. Supplier key point of contact for supply execution.
. Define Materials Buy rule and execute to buy rule. Owner for PO management, order confirmation, rescheduling and raw material liability
. Develop and ensure demand service level and safety stock attainment are met. Global WOS owner and own supply allocation. Perform demand supply insight analysis. Host Global WOS review with leadership team.
. Drive supply fungibility across network,
. Publish forecast to supplier on weekly basis
. Be the owner of supply shortage resolution.
. Supplier product /process EOL management
. Build and develop materials specific supply execution strategy, include Materials and Key Raw Materials (Tier 1) capacity planning and readiness. Perform regular monthly/quarterly review or necessary to drive capacity readiness and bottleneck resolution through response to capacity need request.
. Prepare and present forecast, capacity and OTD/LTD in supplier QBR/ASE commercial meeting.
. Business survey of supplier lead-time and perform LTD/OTD metric review.
. Responsible for Info record Leadtime update on monthly basis
. Negotiation with supplier on Capacity and Leadtime
. BKM and drive improvement
. SME for system and tools and process
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in:
. Engineering
. Supply Chain Management
. Related field of study
Experiences
Minimum 5 years experience in one or more of the following: Engineering, Purchasing/Procurement, Supply Chain
Qualifications
. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving mindset and skills.
. Possess communication and influencing ability and a persuasive advocate.
. Strong influencing and relationship management skills.
. Innovative and teamwork focused.
. Able to work independently as well as with a cross functional team.
. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications and knowledge of SAP will be added advantage.
