Job Description
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage and improve ICU data extraction and collection for code blue and other ICU related indexes and EPIC reporting
- Organize and support the ICU eg FCCS training course, ENLS, BASIC courses
- Provide administrative support to ICU directors to ensure staff meet certification and posting requirements
- Provide coordination and support for CLABSI audits and other ICU audits
- Coordinate certifiers for brain death certification and related procedures
- Assist with daily tasks and project management to enhance ICU operations
- Coordinate monthly ICU council meetings and minutes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare or health sciences or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare-related roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially MS Access
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping
