FOR SYSTEM ANALYST

Responsibilities:

1. Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for various applications, including Low level designs based in FBA Specs.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end websites and mobile apps, to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and their integration with backend services.
4. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
5. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
6. Mentor and guide junior developers and architects.
7. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
9. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
10. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
11. Participate in agile development processes.
12. Develop and maintain documentation.
13. Ensure the security and integrity of applications.
14. Implement automated testing and continuous integration.
15. Collaborate with product managers to define project requirements.
16. Translate business requirements into technical tasks for developers.

FOR SQUAD LEAD

1. 7+years of experience in software development.(Java)
2. Strong background in Agile DevOps methodology.
3. Proven experience in sprint management.
4. Extensive experience in the banking domain.
5. Strong understanding of Java Spring Boot and React.js.
6. Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
7. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
8. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
9. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
10. Experience with common development tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
