What You Will Get to Do:

• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze complex operational datasets to pinpoint inefficiencies and identify high-impact opportunities for process improvement.
• Strategic Project Support: Contribute to the design and execution of productivity-driven projects, ensuring that operational enhancements are scalable and effective.
• Performance Visibility: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and executive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive transparency across the organization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between Operations, Product, Business Intelligence (BI), and Support teams to ensure seamless integration of new initiatives.
• Process Standardization: Facilitate the creation and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manage the clear communication of process updates to all relevant stakeholders.
