Job Description

Job Description:

  • Assist local merchant acquisition and onboard service point partners
  • Assist to produce training materials and provide guidance to service point partners on the features of the SPX application
  • Maintain and update service point information and settings within the system
  • Maintain operation standards and provide feedback to service point partners
  • Serve as an intermediary between service point partners and the internal operations team to enhance operation standards and to achieve overall business objectives
  • Consolidate monthly billings and updating of trackers
  • Perform cold calling duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel around Singapore to speak to merchants and retailers
  • Outgoing and possesses confidence to approach potential partners
  • Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Independent worker and fast-learner with a high level of initiative
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a dynamic environment
  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Powerpoint
  • Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months). Part-time interns able to commit a minimum of 3 days a week are welcome to apply
