SPRAY PAINTER

Job Description

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking and priming before painting.
• Perform spray painting on metal products and components.
• Mix paints and coatings according to specifications.
• Ensure painted surfaces meet quality and finishing standards.
• Carry out touch-up and rework when required.
• Maintain painting equipment and keep the work area clean and tidy.
• Follow workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive, manufacturing or metal fabrication spray painting is preferred.
• Knowledge of surface preparation, paint mixing and spray painting techniques.
