We are looking for a Sport Presentation Executive to join our team—someone who is passionate about sports, thrives in live event environments, and is eager to grow into a project lead role.
Role Description
This role supports the end-to-end delivery of sport presentation across multiple events. You will be involved in everything from creative planning to live execution, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to bring shows to life.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to live sports production and the opportunity to eventually manage projects independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and deliver end-to-end sport presentation for live events
- Assist in show calling and live event execution
- Manage client communications and day-to-day coordination
- Liaise with and manage vendors, freelancers, and technical crews
- Coordinate production elements including video, audio, lighting, and graphics
- Assist in content creation and preparation (matchday graphics, videos, rundowns)
- Ensure all aspects of sport presentation are delivered to a high standard
- Support pre-event planning, rehearsals, and post-event reporting
Requirements
- 1–4 years of working experience (sports, events, or production preferred)
- Strong passion for sports and live events
- Basic knowledge of production workflows (video, audio, lighting, or broadcast)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, live environments
- Willingness to work irregular hours, weekends, and event days
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
