Role Description

This is a full-time/part-time/locum, hybrid role for a Speech and Language Therapist based in Singapore who is eager to work in schools, homes and/or clinic. The therapist will assess, diagnose, and manage children with speech, language, social, and communication challenges. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, collaborating with families to provide ongoing support, and maintaining detailed progress reports. The therapist will also engage in multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for the children's development.

Qualifications

• Expertise in speech and language assessment, diagnosis, and therapy
• Strong collaboration, active listening, and relationship-building skills for working with families and teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documentation and patient interaction
• Patience and empathy to work effectively with children with diverse needs
• Qualifications in Speech and Language Therapy (e.g., Bachelor's or Master's in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent)
• AHPC Certification or licensure to practice as a speech therapist
• Minimum 3 years experience in pediatric therapy or with children with additional needs is highly desirable
