About Company:

Incorporated in Singapore in 1990. Our client is a global Japanese manufacturing company that offers a variety of products and services including decorative building materials, automotive interior films and etc.

Job Description:

- Engage with architects, interior designers, and developers to identify and secure new business opportunities related to building materials

- Leverage existing relationships and industry knowledge to influence and provide specifications for construction projects

- Develop and maintain strong networks within the architectural and design community in Southeast Asia and Taiwan

- Work to ensure products are specified in key upcoming construction projects

- Collaborate with internal teams to provide product-related solutions to clients

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or spec-in sales targeting architecture firms, interior designers, and developers within the building materials industry

- Strong existing network within the architect and interior design community in Singapore and/or Malaysia

- Proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate with regional counterparts and stakeholders

- Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings

- Familiarity with tender procedures

Compensation:

- Working location: Central

- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

- AWS

- Variable bonus (Depends on company & individual performance)

- Annual leave: 14 Days (Maximum of 20 days)
