Job Description

We are looking for a Specification Sales Executive to join the Saint-Gobain Singapore team. This role requires technical knowledge, build professional relationships, and product expertise to ensure Saint-Gobain's solutions are consistently positioned as the preferred choice in premium and sustainable building projects.

This position requires to work with architects, interior designs, engineers, consultants, and contractors, proposing and provide suitable systems and solutions for projects requirement.

Role & Responsibilities

Drive the inclusion of system/ product specifications into tender documents/ drawings.

Monitor market trends and bridge the gap of differences required.

Track and document projects from early design/ concept stages to tender and awarding stages to completion.

Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and seminars to increase brand visibility.

Administrative work duties and collaboration with cross functional teams and other business units.

Conducting ongoing research on competitors, pricing, and consumer trends to identify new opportunities and improvements.

Identifying market developments and gathering customer requirements to initiate improvements

Translating market needs into detailed product / system requirements and specifications.

Supporting and working with sales team to change products and systems on existing specifications.

Requirements

Excellent verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications.

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects and designers.

Outgoing, keen to learn and positive attitude.

At least 2 years of experience in technical sales/construction, strong networking, and presenting solutions.

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD or other relevant software.
