Specification Executive (Building Materials / European MNC / Salary up to $6000)

Our client is a well established European manufacturer of stone surfaces. They are currently seeking a Specification Executive to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve specification targets that contribute to market expansion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with specifiers, architects, and consultants
• Develop tools and strategies to enhance technical specification penetration
• Conduct product presentations, trainings, and represent the company at key events
• Support the sales team by offering technical consultation during client engagements

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years in technical sales or specification sales in the building materials/construction industry
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Deep knowledge of technical specifications and industry trends
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and consultative selling approach
