Work Location: Loyang Industrial Estate
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support day-to-day Transportation Logistics operations by:
- Managing intercompany planning across plants, subcontractors, and distribution centers.
- Validating and executing urgent shipments efficiently.
- Resolving shipment discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinating with warehouses and Logistics Service Providers to ensure shipments are executed as planned.
- Handling freight settlement including invoice validation, accruals, and KPI tracking.
- Monitoring and reviewing service delivery performance and KPIs with 3rd Party Logistics partners.
- Preparing daily and monthly KPI reports.
- Managing site services, material inventory, and conducting audits.
- Manager RFQ and tender processes.
- Supporting transportation logistics projects.
- Executing shipment processes such as booking requests and shipment tracking.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related fields.
- Mininum 3 to 5 years experience in Transportation Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or similar roles preferred.
- Fresh graudates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in SAP and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong, committed personality.
- Ability to handle stress and good time management skills.
- Willingness to learn with guidance and in-house training provided.
- Candidate must be able to work on shift (Mon-Fri 8:30 AM-6:15 PM, Tue-Sat 8:30 AM-6:15 PM).
